Coop-tricks:

start1: -No trick needed here
e1m1: -P1 presses the 3 buttons to open the door near the exit, p2 can reach
       that door sooner than p1 and can leave the map
e1m2: -This map isn't good for coop play
e1m3: -P2 uses P1's grenade to jump in the middle of the map
      -P2 uses the teleport (opened by P1) instead of the slow lift
e1m4: -P1 jumps up to the exit using P2's grenade
e1m5: -P2 jumps up to the secret teleport using P1's grenade boost
      -P2 jumps up to the top floor using P1's rocket
e1m6: -P1 presses the button to open the door, P2 can go through that door,
       what a big trick :P
e1m7: -P2 jumps to the button using P1's rocket and remains there for a while
      -P1 can kill Chthon simply by rocketjumping between the other 2 buttons

start2: -Trick? Here???
e2m1: -Nothing special here...
e2m2: -P1 shoots P2 up to the 2nd floor with Super Shotgun
      -Both can pick up the Grenade Launcher, because P1 opens the secret door
e2m3: -P1 swims on top of P2, both throws a grenade at the same time, so P1
       can fly up to the top floor with a double-grenade jump, cool trick! :)
e2m4: -P2 takes the silver key to open the door, P1 has time to take the quad
e2m5: -P2 opens the bars for P1 near exit
e2m6: -P1 takes the rune using P2's rocket, P2 leaves shortly after that

start3: -This is the start map again :)
e3m1: -P1 tries to jump to the window, P2 helps with a Super Shotgun boost...
e3m2: -P1 jumps on P2's head right at the start, this way P2 can shoot P1
       over the trigger (which lowers the silver key when touched) with a
       Super Shotgun boost
      -Both can pick up the Grenade Launcher, because P2 leaves the area and
       P1 has time to go back to the weapon
e3m3: -P2 opens the door near exit, so P1 can leave the map
e3m4: -P2 shoots P1 with the Grenade Launcher on top of the central building
       to make a big shortcut, and P1 can pick up the Rocket Laucher this way
      -P2 swims back to the exit area to leave after P1 opens the bars, but
       before P1 could be there
e3m5: -P1 goes to the button to lower the block in the last wind tunnel
      -But P2 has much time to piss in the corner before leaving the area :)
e3m6: -P2 throws a grenade on a fiend, and the explosion pushes P1 up to the
       Gold key!
      -P2 shoots P1 to the rune, which is faster than walking :)
      -P1 remains alive after the explosions, thanks to teamplay 1!

start4: -P1 jumps using P2's grenade and kills the Shambler, or not? :)
e4m1: -P1 opens the bars for P2
      -P2 does the same later for P1
e4m2: -P1 shoots P2 through the red window with quadded Shotgun, so P2 can
       open the door for P1 to save time
      -Before the exit P1 jumps up, P2 can slide on P1's head and over the
       barrier as well to leave the map
e4m3: -P1 performs a quadded grenade jump from P2
      -P2 has time to pick up the Grenade Launcher
e4m4: -P1 does a huge grenade jump using P2's grenade
e4m5: -P2 tries to follow P1, but can't do it :)
e4m6: -P1 flies up to the exit area using P2's quadded Shotgun boost
      -P2 can pick up the Rocket Launcher
e4m7: -P1 clears the way to the exit area for P2
      -P2 can run through the whole map with rocket jumps

start5: -P1 shoots P2 over the 4th episode gate, so P2 can choose Nightmare
         skill again
	-I doubt the guy who made this map ever tried to choose Nightmare
	 Skill after episode 4 is done in coop mode =)
end: -P1 opens the bars for P2 to save time
